Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, telephone number and message you choose to provide, along with the property your enquiry relates to. We do not collect anything else through this website.

Why we use it

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry and to help you buy, sell or rent property in Ibiza. The lawful basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a possible agreement, and — where no agreement is in view — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are handled by Geraldine and, where relevant, shared with the owner of the property you are asking about. We also rely on service providers who host this website and deliver our email; they process your data only on our instructions. Some of these providers may store or process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to assist you, and afterwards only where Spanish law requires us to retain records.
