Geraldine’s story
Geraldine Lansen is the founder of Resa Estates, a boutique real estate agency specialising in Ibiza. She has lived and worked on the island since 2007 and has more than 18 years of experience in the Ibiza property market.
Over the years she has helped many clients successfully buy and sell homes across the island — from village fincas to contemporary coastal villas.
Resa Estates intentionally remains boutique.

Staying small allows Geraldine to personally guide every client throughout the entire process, rather than passing them between departments.
Personal guidance
Buying or selling a property is about much more than a transaction. It is about trust, understanding and building a lasting relationship. Her involvement does not stop at the notary — she remains available after signing and helps clients navigate the next steps.
Languages
Geraldine speaks Dutch, English and fluent Spanish, which makes every conversation — with buyers, sellers, notaries and local authorities — a great deal simpler.

Geraldine volunteers at a local animal shelter, a cause very close to her heart. Every year, Resa Estates also makes a substantial donation to support the shelter and the important work they do for animals in need.
